She was sick. I dunno, cold or flu or something. I took time off work to nurse her back to health. Name it and I did it.
Turned out she gave it to me lol. She came down with coloring books, soup, and other stuff and nursed me back to health.
That was the moment I fell in love with her. No girl had ever made that kind of effort for me.
I never told her I loved her but she’ll know who she is if she ever reads this.
You never forget your first love.
