The Trans movement reminds me of something. Trans people are coming out and saying “we’re here” and they’ve gotten so much hate and backlash.
It reminds me of the 80’s and 90’s when gay people started becoming public saying “this is who I am”. States made laws against sodomy … aka anal sex. People spread hate against anyone they thought was gay. There were even people who beat gay ppl in alleys and even killed some… kind of like the way the KKK treated black ppl. (Not comparing, just talking about similarities).
Eventually people started to accept gay people, and now they have the basic human right to get married.
I’ve told this to a million people. Those who forget the past are bound to repeat it. And I’ve also always said the only thing that doesn’t change is the fact that everything changes.
For lack of a better term the “Trans Revolution” similar (not the same) as when black ppl were freed, and very very much more similar to when gay people started coming out.
I guess the punchline is… they are who they are. It ain’t going away. Same as when gay people came out.
Stop hating other people and look into yourself and figure out why you hate anyone different from you.
Take that last paragraph as gospel.
