I was homeless out there. Literally sleeping on the sidewalk.
One day I was hanging out with fellow homeless guys. I felt the humidity rising and said “it’s gonna rain today”. One of the guys…. Dunno if it was my accent or my prediction, but he said “you must be from the south to feel rain coming”. Told him I was from Georgia. He said “thought so”.
Sure enough … in a few hours it started raining. At least I gave everyone enough warning to find a place where they could stay dry. Also got the satisfaction of being able to say “told ya so “
