She had her wisdom teeth removed. They put her under for it. Of course she couldn’t walk when she came to. Got her to my car, stopped by the pharmacy to her her meds…. She still had no idea what was going on. Got back to our house… our room was upstairs. I told her “baby we’re going to do this the easy way”. I picked her up and carried her up over 12 stairs, then gently put her down in our bed. Took her shoes off, got her under the covers, got her water and gave her one of her pain killers.
I layed next to her and watched tv. When she’d wake up I’d give her a fresh glass of water. If she was hungry I’d make her soup. If she had to go to the bathroom I’d help her. Basically I was her personal nurse.
Didn’t take long of course…. That procedure doesn’t take long to recover from but I waited on her hand and foot for days.
I loved the fuck out of her. I still love her even though it’s been over for a very long time.
